A very nice house located right in the centre of Vejer. Bars and restaurants just down the street and ten minutes to the beach.

Our favourite part of the house was the fantastic roof terrace… very big with outstanding views.

Yet another very relaxing stay in the house in Vejer. Road improvement works in the periphery of the town are making the small roads in the centre beautifully quiet so sun-lounging of the roof terrace with views of Africa is now only disturbed by the occasional passing bird chirping too loudly!

Es un pueblo encantador, y muy tranquilo.
La casa esta decorada con muy buen gusto, y es súper acogedora. Tuve unos días maravillosos ahí. Es un sitio ideal para descansar.

A wonderful and special place! The house is lovely ( I agree with previous comments – epecially the enormous roof terrace ) and the surrounding area is beautiful. The beaches are prisitine. The town itself has everything you need and has a friendly feel. All in all a great place to base yourself and enjoy all this part of Spain has to offer.

My favourite part of Spain – love it :-). The beaches are spectacular, and there’s plenty to do in town to keep everyone happy. Lots of great shopping for the women too.

We had a great week there… the views are amazing, the town wonderfully peaceful and relaxing and we were at the beach in 15 minutes. The house was nice and clean when we arrived, and even had some of the basics for cooking in the enormous and practical kitchen. The only negative were the noisy locals the night Spain won the European cup, but i think that was a “one off”!

Such an amazing house. Spacious, clean and in a very central location. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars in the town and it’s very easy to drive to a huge choice of local beaches. Access to some excellent windsurfing spots too! I hope to go back again very soon.

A lovely house in a wonderful town.
Vejer is one of the ‘pueblos blancos’ in Andacucía and is very well situated for exploring this part of the country.
The town is beautiful and historic – the house itself is around 1,000 years old – and is conveniently located for trips to nearby beaches such as El Palmar and Bolonia, as well as being close enough to nature to enjoy Grazalema National Park, and the wild southern coast in and around Tarifa.
The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, as are the neighbours who stand on her behalf when necessary.
We had a fantastic week in June 2012 and I’d definitely recommend ahouseinvejer to anyone wanting to see the ‘real’ Andalucía

This has to be one of the best holiday homes I’ve stayed in. It’s a typically beautiful Spanish house in an amazing location – incredible beaches, loads of bars, shops and restaurants in town, just a great place to stay. The house is spacious, clean, well decorated, and has an enormous roof terrace which is perfect for sunbathing and dining. Highly recommended!
